Fireballs make their Super Mario RPG debut in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars as a fire-based special attack that Mario learns when he reaches Level three, under the name of Fire Orb in the original. The move is called Fireball in the remake. The attack allows Mario to shoot small fireballs at one enemy.
